REFUND POLICY

Vitagoli believes in providing the best products to its customers. But in some cases, you can raise a request for return/replacement of the product.

Time period in which you can request a return/replacement:

  • Return/replacement requests can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery under certain terms & conditions.

  • If you received any damaged or opened product, the report should be processed within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return/Replacement can be done in the following cases:

  • Received the wrong product.

  • Damaged product delivered-opened box, damage in packaging.

  • Expired product delivered.

Return/Replacement requests cannot be done in the following cases:

  • Received an opened or used product.

  • Request generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Issue for the damaged or missing product is filed after 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The parcel is not in its original packaging.

NOTE: We don’t have a refund policy. Only you can raise a request for a return/exchange process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of any product can be done under certain circumstances:

  • The order can be canceled any time before the delivery of the order.

  • For the orders where cancellation is applicable, a cancellation button will be displayed against that order.

  • You can use the cancel button only for orders that are not yet dispatched.

  • Refund will be processed to your original source of payment.
